We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours.
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

How do I choose the correct harness size for my dog?

How do I clean my Wild Tails accessories?
All our products are easy to clean. For best results, hand wash with warm water and detergent. Stain removers (non-bleach) can be used for tough stains. Machine washing is also safe. Wash on a gentle 30°C cycle using a laundry bag to protect the hardware. Air dry only.
Can I get a refund if the item does not fit?
We offer full refunds on non-sale items returned within 28 days of purchase, provided they are unused and unworn. Once items are inspected, your refund will be processed.
Both shipping costs and sale items are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund.
